Permanent Entry Form
All owners and residents who wish to have guests added to their permanent
guest list, must fill out a permanent guest list form. Adding a guest to your
permanent list allows your guest access into the building at all times without
having to contact the resident in the unit. Once a permanent permission form is
completed, it is valid until you contact Management, in writing, to remove your
guest. You may fill out a permanent permission to enter form in the Management
Office or you may download it below and submit it to Management via the Office,
the Management box located in the mailroom or may email it to Jennifer Lazuka,
Administrative Assistant, at lazukaj@draperandkramer.com. Please be sure to give
a key to your guests in the event you are not home so they may have access to
your unit. The Gold Coast Galleria staff may NOT let any guest into your unit.
