LOOKING FOR A HOME AT GOLD COAST GALLERIA?
Click on "Classified Ads" for a current list of units and parking spaces for sale or for rent. These ads are compiled by Management from information provided by Owners or Agents with listings in the building. For floor plans of apartments in the building, click on "Tour". Here you will also find information about some of the building's amenities. If you do not see what you are looking for, let us know! Simply click on the "Contact" tab, and let us know who you are, what you are looking for, and who an Owner or agent might get into contact with you.

Click on the "News" tab above for the latest details, news, and information on current Association business, projects, and goings on, as well as postings for events to note on your calendar, meeting notices, and household tips. If you have news, information, or an event you would like the Association to consider posting, submit an e-mail to us by clicking on "Contact".
OWNERS RENTING OR SELLING, BROKERS AND AGENTS...
We are here to help you! Click on "Contact" and e-mail us your advertisement and/or view other advertisements by clicking on "Classified Ads". Also, we encourage you to download the Sales and Leasing Packets. Review the cover letter which explains the Association's requirements for Sales and Leasing, and includes a synopsis of the move in and move out process. If you have any questions, e-mail us or call the Management Office at 312-482-9793.
Once your sales or leasing packet is complete, drop it off or fax it to our office along with your sales contract or lease, and we will begin processing it. Also, we encourage any individuals who are expecting to move in or move out of the building, to contact Management as soon as possible so we can schedule the freight elevator for use and avoid any potential conflicts.

Address the e-mail to the intended party, select a subject item, type the body of your inquiry or request in the space available and click submit. We will do our best to respond to all e-mails within 24 to 48 hours.
Also, under "Contact" you will find a list of phone numbers for the Association and a number of other organizations within or affiliated with the Gold Coast Galleria, the local authorities, and the City.
