Certificate of Insurance

To download a copy of the building's certificate of insurance, please follow these instructions:

go to www.condorisk.com
click the icon "receive your certificate online" ( this will open a second browser window)
click on "request a single certificate"
in the search on Association's name, type in "Gold Coast Galleria Condominium Association"
type in the unit owners name and unit number under unit owner information. (this will open a third browser window.)
print out your certificate of insurance.
